Performance Touring A (PTA)

Jeffrey Diffenderfer, who finished third in the first qualifying race on Thursday, captured the win in the second qualifying race for Performance Touring A on Friday in his Fireball Racing Mazda.  David Leyvas, who won the first qualifying race, set the fastest lap in the second race (2:09.919) and finished second in his Porsche sponsored by Diversified.  Matthew Seech, sponsored by Climatec, picked up the third spot.

Super Touring 1 (ST 1)

Aaron Pfadt won his second National Championship qualifying race, breaking into the 1 minute plus lap times with a 1:59.303 in his Pfadt Race Engineering Chevrolet Corvette.  George Smith, sponsored by Smith Marketing Services, grabbed the second place spot and Mark Alger, sponsored by NAPA Auto Parts, put his Dodge Viper on the podium for the second time with a third place finish.

John Gordon is looking good in ST2 with his Porsche 996, winning both qualifying races.  The rest of the field mixed it up with two new drivers joining Gordon on the podium for the second qualifying race.  Team Howard Racing, sponsored by the Rotary Shack, nabbed second spot and Josh Carroll, sponsored by Endsight, finished third.

Super Unlimited (SU)

Pete Johns driving a Chevrolet Monte Carlo, sponsored by Performance Automotive, won the second qualifying race in SU (he won the first one as well on Thursday).  Donald Uhlir (GAT Racing) picked up second place and Manuel Gil del Real, sponsored by MGR Consulting Group, finished third.
