Registration Closes: Friday Morning Oct. 1, 2010 NASA Texas Cancellation Policy If you decide to cancel your entry, you must inform us before the event. Notifications are to be emailed to info@nasatx.com . We will send you an email confirmation that your registration has been cancelled. If you do not inform us before the event, your registration will not be credited to a future event. If you cancel, your entry will be moved forward to a future event of your choice within the same calendar year. There will be a transfer fee of $50.00 if you cancel 1-7 days before the event. There will be a transfer fee of $25 if you cancel 8-14 days before the event. There is no transfer fee if you cancel 15 days or more before the event. |
