Welcome to registration for VIR Full Course OctoberFAST! The weekend will feature double sprint races for all NASA classes, all levels of HPDE and Time Trials. On Friday, we will offer Test and Tune for licensed racers, Open Practice for Advanced HPDE drivers, and Super Competition School. Instructor clinic Level 1 and 3 will be held provided sufficient enrollment.

A Hyperdrive session is also offered on Saturday. A session is one track session plus classroom for $50, and you are assigned an instructor. This is intended for those new to the sport although intermediate drivers may also participate. You do not have to be a member to participate in the one session hyperdrive. When you get to the membership screen for hyperdrives, the system will allow you to click continue to bypass this default screen.

ALL DRIVERS PLEASE READ ALL OF THE IMPORTANT NOTES BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING!

RACERS: Race licenses are valid from Jan to Dec. and you must have a 2011 NASA license for this event. You may use a current license from another approved sanctioning body to apply for your NASA license. Please renew/apply prior to coming to the track. Racers or approved HPDE 3 drivers may choose supersize TT entry to get TT time at a special price. Time Trialers must have a transponder. Racers do not need a TT license, but advanced drivers must have a TT license and be approved to run in the group by Jon Felton (jon@get-fast.net). Experience will be verified.

Competition School students must have approval from Chris Cobetto to attend the school and please e-mail your experience to chris@nasaracing.net.

Racers, when you submit your online entry, be sure and complete all blanks including transponder number. If you do not submit the info with your entry or you do not get the info to the registrar by the Monday prior to the event when online registration closes, you will be charged $25 at the track. PLEASE HAVE ALL NEEDED INFORMATION WHEN YOU SUBMIT THE BELOW FORM ONLINE.

HPDE: Your HPDE sessions will be Sat/Sun. HPDE 1 and HPDE 2 are automatically assigned an Instructor so please do not choose instructor option unless you are an instructor. HPDE 3 (Advanced) is not assigned an instructor and your experience will be verified.

Instructor Clinic: Provided there is sufficient interest, we will have both a Level 1 clinic (classroom on Thursday evening and track time on Friday) and Level 3 clinic (class and tracktime on Friday). Level 1 entrants must have at least 30 track days. Level 3 entrants must have had both Level 1 and 2. If you pass the Level 1 clinic and want to instruct that weekend, please register to do so. There is a separate line item for Instructors below. Please put Level 1 or Level 3 in notes for admin section.

Confirmations: Once you register, you will immediately receive a purchase confirmation receipt by e-mail which also indicates you have been accepted into the event. 7-10 days before the event, you will receive further instructions for the event, and these instructions will also be posted at www.nasaracing.net under the event.

Late fee of $50 for all drivers for all events will begin 10 days before the event which will be Tuesday at midnight ten days before the event.

******CANCELLATION POLICY CHANGE FOR RACERS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: All Racers and Test and Tune Entrants must provide 7 days notice of cancellation in order to receive a full refund (less $30 cancellation fee) or 100% credit. Notice must be given to (registration@nasaracing.net, laura@nasaracing.net; 804-883-7887) by Friday at midnight one week prior to the event. Racers wishing to cancel less than 7 days prior to the start of the event may receive a 100% credit but only if requested, in person, at the track on the day of the event.

Cancellation policy is unchanged for HPDE groups, Open Track, Time Trial, Competition School; Instructor Clinic: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions. ******

All drivers are responsible for any track damage that is the result of their actions on or off the track and will be financially responsible for repair/replacement of damaged track property.
