You have found the info & pre-registration page for the 2012 NASA Mid-Atlantic Championship Autocross #2 at Virginia Motorsports Park on Sunday February 12, 2012 from 10am to 6pm. The tentative schedule is: Gates open @ 8am Reg & tech open @ 10am Course walk @ 10:45am Drivers meeting @ 11:15am Heat 1 @ 12:00pm (heat 3 drivers work) Heat 2 @ est 1:40pm (heat 1 drivers work) Heat 3 @ est 3:20pm (heat 2 drivers work) Gates close @ 6:00pm This event will take place for a maximum of 75 entries (three 25-car heats) on a big/fast/fun "pro style" course which will tentatively be designed by (TBA.) Participants can expect at least 4-5 runs each, but probably more. A maximum of 60 spots will be available in advance for the discounted price of $30 members / $35 nonmembers. This is effectively the lowest entry fee we've had since 2005 - but only if you pre-register. We are saving at least 15 spots for day-of registrations, which will cost $40mem/$45non. Everyone on site will need to sign the waiver and get a wristband immediately. This is a closed gate / private event - random spectators are not allowed - although drivers may invite guests. Passenger policy is TBA at the drivers meeting.
