HPDE INFORMATION
WE HAVE SPACES AVAILABLE IN ALL FRIDAY PRACTICE SESSIONS, WEEKEND RACE GROUPS, INSTRUCTOR GROUP, AND SUNDAY TIME TRIALS, and you may register at the track after 6PM on Thursday. INSTRUCTORS PLEASE E-MAIL laura@nasaracing.net if you can come....we need you! ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED, but you may register at the track.

HPDE 1, 2, 3 are full with a wait list. You may register for the wait list below (last option in choices) and please choose the proper HPDE 1, 2 or 3 designation. Your entry will have a time stamp and we will contact you if a spot becomes available. Wait list entrants for this event tend to be very successful the closer we get to the weekend.
WELCOME TO REGISTRATION FOR HYPERFEST 2012! This event will likely sell out for most if not all groups (racing and HPDE), so please sign up early. As a new feature this year, we will have a practice day on Friday for any advanced drivers and racers!
Please read all of the below very carefully as this is a special event with procedures and policies that differ from the regular NASA-MA events.
***REFUND/CREDIT POLICY FOR THIS SPECIAL EVENT***. The refund/credit policy for all entrants (Racers, HPDE, Time Trials) is as follows: In order for an entrant to receive a full credit OR a refund subtract the $30 cancellation fee, we must receive a notice of cancellation by ten days prior to the event. The event begins at 6PM on Friday June 15 which means 6PM Tuesday June 5 is exactly ten days prior. All cancellations must be received by that time and date with no exceptions.
Each driver (racers, instructors, HPDE entrants, Time Trial entrants) will get themselves and one free crew member. All other crew and guests must pay gate fee. Please see instructions at event page at nasaracing.net for more detailed information about gate entry.
Please join us for the fun of HYPERFEST! This is a spectator event with activities for everyone. Racing, vendors, drifing, contests with prizes, fireworks, band and more are part of this one of a kind venue. Thousands of spectators will be watching you on track! It is a two day event with Sprint races and HPDE activities on Summit Main on Sat/Sun, and Hyperfest activities (hyperdrives, shot-gun rides, etc) on Sat on Jefferson Circuit and in the carousel. For the Friday practice day, each driver will receive at least 2 hours of track time. To participate in the Friday activities, you must be an advanced driver (HPDE 3 or above) or have a Competition license. Sign up for Open Track if you are an advanced driver and sign up for Test and Tune if you are a racer. Signing up for the Friday test day will allow you to enter the paddock on Thursday evening at 6PM. You will not be allowed entrance into the paddock unless you are a registered driver for the Friday test day.
Time Trials Info: Again this year we are offering Time Trials on Sunday only for a fee of $179 and a supersize price for racers or qualified HPDE 3 participants. If you want to run both Saturday and Sunday, you need to register below for HPDE 3 and let me know you want to run HPDE 3 on Saturday and switch to TT on Sunday. If you want to run on Sunday only as TT, you can register for that below. If you are instructor and want to run in TT on Sunday, you will choose Instructor TT option below for $25 and we will note that you will be doing your track time on Saturday in HPDE 4. All instructors will run their track time in HPDE 4 on Saturday. If you are instructing, please do not select both instructor options below.

Once you register, you immediately receive a purchase receipt by e-mail which confirms you have been accepted into the event. Further information and event instructions will be e-mailed 7-10 days prior to the event. This same information is also posted on nasaracing.net on the event page just in case the e-mail does not get to you due to spam filters. Go to nasaracing.net for the latest supplemental info on the event, such as the Event Schedule 2 weeks prior.
YOUR CAR NUMBER IS YOUR FIRST PREFERENCE UNLESS NOTIFIED. HPDE 1 and 2 are automatically assigned instructors, and HPDE 3 students are NOT assigned an instructor (please e-mail laura@nasaracing.net if you are not sure which HPDE group is appropriate). Do NOT select instructor option unless you are an instructor.
Late fee will begin ten days prior to the event at 6PM Tuesday June 5. Register early as we expect this event to fill quickly.

RACERS! You should have a 2012 NASA license, and please renew or apply for your current license with national prior to arriving at the track. When you submit your online entry, be sure and complete all blanks including transponder number, car number, etc. If you do not submit the info with your entry or you do not get the info to the registrar by the Monday prior to the event when online registration closes, you will be charged $25 at the track. PLEASE HAVE ALL NEEDED INFORMATION WHEN YOU SUBMIT THE BELOW FORM ONLINE.
