Cancellation Policy

Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions. No partial refunds allowed. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

8:45-9:15 Mandatory HPDE Driver's Meeting**
9:00-9:20 Open Wheel Group
9:25-9:45 Race Group
9:50-10:10 HPDE
10:20-10:40 Open Wheel Group
10:45-11:05 Race Group
11:10-11:30 HPDE
11:30-12:30 Lunch
12:30-12:50 Open Wheel Group
12:55-1:15 Race Group
1:20-1:40 HPDE
1:45-2:05 Open Wheel Group
2:10-2:30 Race Group
2:40-3:00 HPDE
3:05-3:25 Open Wheel Group
3:30-3:50 Race Group
3:55-4:15 HPDE
* Day of registration will receive an additional charge.
** Drivers missing their "Driver's Meeting" will be disqualified for the remainder of the day!

Schedule is subject to change Run Groups may be dropped depending on attendance.
