Thanks to OG Racing, Convienence Car Care Center, and VBD Graphics, NASA Mid Atlantic is able to roll back fees to 2010 levels and offer this special pricing for any driver that registers before September 21, 2012! This discount applies to HPDE, Racing, and Time Trial. OktoberFast promises to be a great time on track with a great end of the year party. Don't miss this event!
The weekend will feature double sprint races for all NASA classes, all levels of HPDE and Time Trials. On Friday, we will offer Test and Tune for licensed racers, Open Practice for Advanced HPDE drivers, Super Competition School, and Instructor clinic Level 1.
A Hyperdrive session is offered on Saturday. A session is one track session plus classroom for $50, and you are assigned an instructor. This is intended for those new to the sport although intermediate drivers may also participate. You do not have to be a member to participate in the one session hyperdrive. When you get to the membership screen for hyperdrives, the system will allow you to click continue to bypass this default screen.

NEW CANCELLATION POLICY IN EFFECT: NASA Mid Atlantic is pleased to announce a more flexible cancellation policy for its events.
Racers, Test and Tune entrants, Time Trial drivers: If one cancels more than 7 days prior to the start of the event one may choose between a 100% refund less a $30 cancellation fee or a 100% credit for a future event within one year. If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days from the start of the event there will be no refund, however a 100% credit will be issued back to the driver in the form of two coupon codes that may be used during the registration process for one year. These codes can only be use at NASA Mid Atlantic events. Driver does not have to be present at the track in order to receive a credit. Otherwise no refunds or credits. Any exception to this rule is at the discretion of the event organizers and will ONLY be in the Standby Credit format. A Standby Credit can only be used three days prior to the start of the event and only if the group for which the holder is wishing to attend has an open slot as of 5pm on the Wednesday preceding the event weekend. Standby Credits will be accepted on a first come first serve basis and are valid for one year. Otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on course all fees are non refundable. RACERS: Race licenses are valid from Jan to Dec. and you must have a 2012 NASA license for this event. You may use a current license from another approved sanctioning body to apply for your NASA license. Please renew/apply prior to coming to the track. E-mail Beth Dunnivant at beth@nasaracing.net for licensing info.
Racers or approved HPDE 3 drivers may choose supersize TT entry to get TT time at a special price. Time Trialers must have a transponder. Racers do not need a TT license, but advanced drivers must have a TT license and be approved to run in the group by Jon Felton (jon@get-fast.net). Experience will be verified.
Competition School students must have approval from Chris Cobetto to attend the school and please e-mail your experience to chris@nasaracing.net.
Racers, when you submit your online entry, be sure and complete all blanks including transponder number. If you do not submit the info with your entry or you do not get the info to the registrar by the Monday prior to the event when online registration closes, you will be charged $25 at the track. PLEASE HAVE ALL NEEDED INFORMATION WHEN YOU SUBMIT THE BELOW FORM ONLINE.
HPDE: Your HPDE sessions will be Sat/Sun. HPDE 1 and HPDE 2 are automatically assigned an Instructor so please do not choose instructor option unless you are an instructor. HPDE 3 (Advanced) is not assigned an instructor and your experience will be verified.
Instructor Clinic: Provided there is sufficient interest, we will have a Level 1 clinic (classroom and track time on Friday). If you pass the clinic and want to instruct that weekend, please go ahead and register to do so. There is a separate line item for Instructors below. To enroll in the clinic, you must have 30 track days.
Confirmations: Once you register, you will immediately receive a purchase confirmation receipt by e-mail which also indicates you have been accepted into the event. 7-10 days before the event, you will receive further instructions for the event, and these instructions will also be posted at www.nasaracing.net under the event.
All drivers are responsible for any track damage that is the result of their actions on or off the track and will be financially responsible for repair/replacement of damaged track property.
