NASA Regional Cancellation Policies
By registering for any NASA event, you are agreeing to the National and Regional cancellation policies as listed below.
- Arizona Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track/Race: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 10 day notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds.
Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.
- California- Northern Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less a $30 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

- California- Southern Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No refunds or credits will be given if one has mechanical problems or does not pass tech inspection. No exceptions.
Race Groups: Fees may be carried over to a future event without penalty or fees are fully refundable, less a $30 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 14 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

- Central Region
- Full refund for race entries $30 dollar cancellation fee for HPDE
- Great Lakes Region
- HPDE: Full refund less $50.00 processing fee, with ONE WEEK notice prior to the start of the event, otherwise no refunds. No exceptions. Save the $30 fee by choosing a one-time transfer to another event in the same region in the same season.
Race Groups and Time Trials: Fees are fully refundable, less $50 processing fee, provided that you registered in advance and you notify the region by email/fax or phone within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. Save the $50 fee by choosing a one-time transfer to another event in the same region in the same season.
Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.
- Mid Atlantic Autocross Region
- For all Circuitcrosses in 2012 and the November "Fall Finale" weekend at Summit Point: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with written notice at least 1 week prior to the start of the event (i.e. by midnight the Friday prior), otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
For all regular Autocrosses and all driveWISE Accident Avoidance Schools in 2012: Your choice of a 90% entry fee refund or a 100% credit toward a later event shall be issued only if you notify Jon Felton in writing by 6:00pm on the Wednesday prior to the event. Refunds or credits shall not be issued after that deadline, but substitutions are allowed at no additional charge.
For all Kart Enduros in 2012: Refunds or credits for later events shall not be issued at any time unless the event is officially cancelled or postponed, but substitutions are allowed at no additional charge. Kart Enduro entries for a cancelled event are applied to the next Kart Enduro scheduled at that venue.

- ******CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY*********:
Effective immediately for all racers for future NASA MA events: Racers and Test and Tune entrants must provide 7 days notice of cancellation in order to receive a refund (less $30 processing fee) or 100% credit to be used within 365 days. Notice must be given to (registration@nasaracing.net, laura@nasaracing.net; 804-883-7887) by Friday at midnight one week prior to the event. Racers wishing to cancel less than 7 days prior to the start of the event may receive a 100% credit but only if requested, in person, at the track on the day of the event.
Policy for HPDE groups, Time Trial, Competition School; OG Racing Hyperdrives, Instructor Clinic; Open Track; Ultimate Track Car Challenge drivers: Full credit (valid for 365 days) or refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week cancellation notice prior to the event (Friday at midnight), otherwise no refunds or credits. All drivers on track are responsible for any track damage that is the result of their actions on or off the track and will be financially responsible for repair/replacement of damaged track property.
- Mid South Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.

- National Cancellation Policy
- National Championships: Fees are fully refundable, less a $50 processing fee, provided that you withdraw by September 1st, 2010.

Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less a $30 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

- Northern Nevada Region
- Fees are refundable less $30, if you notify the NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed.
- Rocky Mountain Region
- HPDE: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with notice by the Monday prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
Race Groups and Time Trials: Fees are fully refundable provided that you registered in advance and you notify NASA Rocky Mountain Region by email/fax or phone within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable. - Southeast Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $50.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the start of the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less a $50 processing fee, with at least a 7 day notice prior to the start of the event. If notification is received after this 7 days but within 3 days of the missed event, you will receive credit to be used for a future event. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.
Holiday Promotion - any event registered during the Holiday Promotion period is not eligible for a refund. You will be able to transfer the registration to another 2012 event but a transfer fee will apply. If you have any questions, email your regional director. - US Drift
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
