NASA Regional Cancellation Policies
By registering for any NASA event, you are agreeing to the National and Regional cancellation policies as listed below.
- Arizona Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track/Race: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 10 day notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds.
Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.
- California- Northern Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less a $30 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

- California- Southern Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No refunds or credits will be given if one has mechanical problems or does not pass tech inspection. No exceptions.
Race Groups: Fees may be carried over to a future event without penalty or fees are fully refundable, less a $30 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 14 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

- California- Southern Region
- National Championships: Fees are fully refundable, less a $75 processing fee, provided that you withdraw by August 28th, 2013.

HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less a $30 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

- Central Region
- $30 dollar cancellation
- Florida Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track/Test & Tune/Comp Eval/Practice Day/Hyperdrive: Full credit or refund less a $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the start of the event (i.e. midnight on the Friday prior), otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on track all fees are non refundable. Discounted season pass entries are only eligible for credits not refunds. No exceptions.
Race Groups: Full credit or refund less a $30.00 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 12 days before the start of the event and you notify your NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car goes on track all fees are non refundable. Discounted season pass entries are only eligible for credits not refunds. No exceptions.
Autocrosses: Full credit or refund less $10.00 processing fee, with written notice at least 1 week prior to the start of the event (i.e. by midnight the Friday or Saturday prior), otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on course all fees are non refundable. No exceptions.
Cancellation requests are only accepted in writing and must be sent to Florida regional director Jon Felton (jfelton@drivenasa.com)
- Great Lakes Region
- HPDE/TT: Full refund less $50.00 processing fee, with ONE WEEK notice prior to the start of the event, otherwise no refunds. No exceptions. Save the $50 fee by choosing a one-time transfer to another event in the same region in the same season.
Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less $50 processing fee, provided that you registered in advance and you notify the region by email/fax or phone within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. Save the $50 fee by choosing a one-time transfer to another event in the same region in the same season.
Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.
Entries utilizing ANY promotion are not refundable.
- Mid Atlantic Autocross Region
- For the November "Fall Finale" special event at Summit Point and all Circuitcrosses: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with written notice at least 1 week prior to the start of the event (i.e. by midnight the Friday prior), otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on track all fees are non refundable. No exceptions.
For all regular Autocrosses and all driveWISE Accident Avoidance Schools: Your choice of a 90% entry fee refund or a 100% credit toward a later event shall be issued only if you notify Jon Felton in writing by 6:00pm on the Wednesday prior to the event. Refunds or credits shall not be issued after that deadline, but substitutions are allowed at no additional charge.
For all Kart Enduros: Refunds or credits for later events shall not be issued at any time unless the event is officially cancelled or postponed, but substitutions are allowed at no additional charge. Kart Enduro entries for a cancelled event are applied to the next Kart Enduro scheduled at that venue.

- Listed below are two cancellation policies. The first policy is for regular NASA MA events. If you are registering for Hyperfest which is a special event, please scroll down to the Hyperfest section.
For Regular Events: Feb/Mar/Jul/Oct @ VIR & Apr/Aug @ Summit- Racers, Test and Tune entrants, Time Trial drivers: If one cancels more than 7 days prior to the start of the event one may choose between a 100% refund less a $30 cancellation fee or a 100% credit for a future event within one year. If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days from the start of the event there will be no refund, however a 100% credit will be issued back to the driver in the form of two coupon codes that may be used during the registration process for one year. These codes can only be used at NASA Mid Atlantic events. Driver does not have to be present at the track in order to receive a credit. Otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on course all fees are non refundable. No exceptions. Please give notice to Laura Cobetto laura@nasaracing.net or 804-883-7887. HPDE, Open Practice, Competition School, Hyperdrive, Instructor Clinic participants: If one cancels more than 7 days prior to the start of the event one may choose between a 100% refund less a $30 cancellation fee or a 100% credit for a future event within one year. If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days from the start of the event there will be no refund. Any exception to this rule is at the discretion of the event organizers and will ONLY be in the Standby Credit format. A Standby Credit can only be used three days prior to the start of the event and only if the group for which the holder is wishing to attend has an open slot as of 5pm on the Wednesday preceding the event weekend. Standby Credits will be accepted on a first come first serve basis and are valid for one year. Otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on course all fees are non refundable. For Special Event: June HYPERFEST @ Summit- The refund/credit policy for all entrants (Racers, HPDE, Time Trials, Open Track, Test and Tune) is as follows: In order for an entrant to receive a full credit OR a refund subtract the $30 cancellation fee, we must receive a notice of cancellation by ten days prior to the event. The event begins at 6PM on Thursday June 13 which means 6PM Monday June 3 is exactly ten days prior. All cancellations must be received by that time and date. Once the car goes on track all fees are non refundable. No exceptions. Please give notice to Laura Cobetto laura@nasaracing.net or 804-883-7887.
- Mid South Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.

- Northeast Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $20.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less a $30 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

- Northern Nevada Region
- Fees are refundable less $30, if you notify the NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed.
- Northwest

Untitled Document HPDE/TT: Full refund less $50.00 processing fee with 10 DAYS notice prior to the start of the event; Otherwise No Refunds - No Exceptions. Save the $50 fee by choosing a voucher redeemable for another event in the same region within one year of the original event date.
Competition: Fees are fully refundable, less $50 processing fee, provided that you registered 14 days in advance and you notify the region by email/fax or phone within 5 days following the missed event. No Partial Refunds Allowed. Save the $50 fee by choosing a one-time transfer to another event in the same region within one year of the original event date.
Once the car hits the track all fees are non-refundable.
Entries utilizing ANY promotion are not refundable.
- Rocky Mountain Region
- HPDE: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with notice by the Monday prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
Race Groups and Time Trials: Fees are fully refundable provided that you registered in advance and you notify NASA Rocky Mountain Region by email/fax or phone within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable. - Southeast Region
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $50.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the start of the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less a $50 processing fee, with at least a 7 day notice prior to the start of the event. If notification is received after this 7 days but within 3 days of the missed event, you will receive credit to be used for a future event. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.
Holiday Promotion - any event registered during the Holiday Promotion period is not eligible for a refund. You will be able to transfer the registration to another 2013 event but a transfer fee will apply. If you have any questions, email your regional director. - Texas Region
- HPDE: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with notice by the Monday prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
Race Groups and Time Trials: Fees are fully refundable provided that you registered in advance and you notify NASA Texas by email/fax or phone within 3 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable. - US Drift
- HPDE/Time Trial/School/Open Track: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.
Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less a $30 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.
