- If you have a question about your login, aren't able to log
in, can't remember your password or have a question about your
membership or login, chances are your question is answered at
the NASA
Forums. Additionally, you can find other information about
login and password problems here on the NASA
site.
- If you are signing up for an event, you are already a member
and the system is adding another membership to your cart, check
the forums link above. Most likely you've created a new account
and not logged in with your old account that has a recognized,
valid membership.
- If you have a new address, email or otherwise, you can edit
this information yourself. Just login
and click the "Edit My Profile" link.
- If you need a replacement membership card, send an email to
replacement_card@drivenasa.com
and we'll get one out to you as soon as possible.
- If you have a question about using the NASA Forums, your NASAForums.com
account or password, please refer to the Forum FAQ located here.
- If after reviewing these resources you can't find the answer
to your question, please email membership@drivenasa.com.
- If you are getting a message (when signing up for an event)
that your shopping cart is empty, most likely you are not selecting
a class from the Class drop down or checking the Pick checkbox.
- If you are signing up for an event, you are already a member
and the system is adding another membership to your cart, check
the forums link above. Most likely you've created a new account
and not logged in with your old account that has a recognized,
valid membership.
- If you have a question about an event, or need to change your
event registration, need to cancel a registration or have any
other questions about a specific event, please contact the director
for that event or the regional director for the region in which
the event is scheduled to take place. Events are run by regions,
not the National Office; in most cases all we can do is refer
you to the regional director. Here is a list
of regional directors.
- If after reviewing these resources and contacting the event
director you can not find the answer to your question, please
email events@drivenasa.com.
- If you are writing NASA because of a business opportunity,
please contact bizdev@drivenasa.com
- If after reviewing all these resources you can not find the
answer to your question, please email help@drivenasa.com. Thank
you for your support of NASA and Happy Motoring!
