Our dear friend Dan Lawson of Sunnyvale, CA lost his life as a result of a racing accident on April 8, 2006 at Buttonwillow Raceway Park. Dan was a compassionate, giving, and caring member of the NASA family and he will be sorely missed. His passion for the sport was unmatched and he was a true gentleman racer. The Lawson family is in our thoughts and prayers during this trying time of tremendous loss.
A memorial service for Dan will take place at Jubilee Christian Center located at 175 Nortech Parkway, San Jose, CA on Saturday April 15, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. (408-262-0900). The Lawson family has asked that donations be made in Dan's honor to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
