Q. I can't figure out how to login, can you help?
A. If you are an existing NASA Member and have a 2002 or 2003 membership card, please login using your email address that you "orginally" created and password.
Q. I lost my password. Can you email it to me?
A. Yes, please visit this page to retrieve your site password.
Q. I want to change my password or address or email or whatever. How do I do that?
A. Please visit this page. You will be able to edit your profile from here and you'll find a link there to edit your password and login name (email address).
Q. How do I create a new account?
A. Go to this page and fill out the information.
Then go here to become a NASA Member or
here to sign up for an event.
Q. Will I have permanant access to the site?
A. Yes, your access to the site will never expire. However, your annual NASA membership expires as indicated on your card.
Q. Can I look up my membership /registered events /purchases /etc.?
A. Yes, we're in the beta stage of developing this functionality and it should be available soon.
Q. But I need my membership number for an event this weekend/signup form/something right now! Help!
