After purchasing these are the steps to update, add drivers, car and crew.
Go to nasaproracing.com
Click on your name in the left hand column.
In center under Account click on the down arrow next to My Info Select driving teams. Select your 2017 25hr team (bottom of the list) Select Purchase 2017 25 hr Team Registration. Click Continue to complete purchase. Also remember to select Remember this card and Make this the Default card
Select Manage 25 Hour Participation (large red button in center at bottom)
From there you can manage all aspects of the team from car, drivers and crew along with paying the entry fee.
Rule set is there also.
Pit spaces are 13'3" wide and run across the entire paddock. You are welcome to fit in anything you like as long as it is within your assigned space. RV parking spaces separate from the assigned paddock space can be purchased here: https://www.nasaproracing.com/events/2663 Many teams purchase these spaces to set up as the quiet place for drivers and crew that are off shift and need to get some sleep away from the wrenching in the paddock.
This Portion outlines the entry procedures for the 25 Hours of Thunderhill Raceway. There are several steps and deadlines, so it is best to read this portion carefully. All deadlines are “registered by"
The entry fee is $1995. The team will submit a $95 non-refundable fee with the Team Declaration Form. This $95 will be applied to the entry fee, and the balance of $1900 is due October 30th, 2017. The entry fee includes the car and up to four drivers. The submission of the Team Declaration Form, along with payment, will determine the “order of entry.” Teams paying later than October 30th, 2017 will be charged a $350 late fee. Entries for new teams will not be accepted after November 20th, 2017.
Each additional driver (over four) is $300. Drivers may be added or subtracted at anytime up to the close of registration, which is 9:00am Saturday, December 2, 2017. However, changes to the driver lineup after November 13th, 2017 will incur a $45 fee for each driver added or subtracted.
Each crewmember must obtain and wear one crew credential during the event, when in the pit lane. If a crewmember is on more than one team, they only need to purchase one crew credential. Crew credentials are $50. Crewmembers added after November 20th, 2017 will be $60 each.
Entries after October 29th or entries not fully paid (at least $1995 total) will incur a $350 late fee.
All fees are fully refundable, except the $95 team declaration fee and any crew credentials. Request for refund must be made via email to the NASA office by October 30, 2017. No refunds after December 1st, 2017.
