Instructors may sign up below, but any other new entries will be accepted at the track after 6:30PM Friday. Friday evening:

Instructor clinic (Classroom only with no track time).  This option is for advanced students or instructors with other clubs to become NASA certified.  Participants must have at least 30 track days at a variety of tracks.  There must be sufficient enrollment for the clinic to be held. Please email laura@nasaracing.net to see if you qualify or need more information.  If you pass the clinic, you can instruct over the weekend and receive track time for free.   

Saturday/Sunday:

HPDE (1-4); 4 sessions per day  

Time Trial:  4 sessions per day

Double Sprint races for all race classes

Comp License Eval (Email chris@nasaracing.net for info.  Drills on Saturday all day and Sunday morning.  Will race on Sun afternoon if pass evaluation)

Hyperdrive on Saturday (limited to 5)

OG Racing is continuing as a 2018 sponsor for NASA Mid-Atlantic! Thanks to their help, we are able to offer the below prices until two weeks prior to the event. Prices will go up to their regular amount on Friday August 10 at midnight for all Saturday/Sunday activities including Sprint Races, HPDE and Time Trial.

RACERS: Choose Race entry plus Supersize TT if you want to add Time Trial to your entry at a special price.  Race licenses are valid from Jan to Dec. and you must have a 2018 NASA license for this event.  You may use a current license from another approved sanctioning body to apply for your NASA license.  Please renew/apply prior to coming to the track.  E-mail Beth Dunnivant at  beth@nasaracing.net for licensing info. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR INFO WHEN REGISTERING TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE SELECTING CORRECT CAR IN YOUR PROFILE WITH A TRANSPONDER NUMBER.  If you do not submit the correct info with your entry or you do not get the info to the registrar by the Wednesday prior to the event when online registration closes, you will be charged $25 at the track.  PLEASE HAVE ALL NEEDED INFORMATION WHEN YOU SUBMIT THE BELOW FORM ONLINE. TX rental is last option.

Time Trial:  Drivers must have a 2018 Time Trial or 2018 Race License to participate.  Entrants must have a transponder and please rent one if necessary (last option on this page).  Email Jon Felton at jfelton@drivenasa.com if you have questions about TT or being evaluated for a license.  When registering, please make sure your car information is correct and includes a tx number unless you are renting. 

HPDE:  You will have 4 daily HPDE sessions on Saturday and Sunday (2 25 minute sessions and 2 20 minute sessions per day approximately). HPDE 1 and most HPDE 2 (unless HPDE 2 solo) are automatically assigned an Instructor.  If you have run as HPDE 2 solo, please put that in your admin notes.  Experience will be verified.  HPDE 3 (Advanced) drivers are not assigned an instructor.  If you are new to NASA please email laura@nasaracing.net if you have questions about which group is most appropriate.  Please list your driving experience in your profile.   

Hyperdrive:  5 slots are available for Saturday and sell out very quickly.  A Hyperdrive is one track session plus classroom for $50.  Drivers are assigned an instructor.  This is intended for those new to the sport.  You do not have to be a member to participate.  When you get to the membership screen, the system will allow for you to click continue without purchasing a membership.  

Event Confirmations:  Once you register, you will immediately receive a purchase confirmation receipt by e-mail which also indicates you have been accepted into the event.  If you do not get this receipt, you are not registered.  7 days before the event, you will receive further instructions by email for the event, and these instructions will also be posted at  www.nasaracing.net under the event.  The Driver list and schedule will be posted by 7-10 days prior to the event.  

All drivers are responsible for any track damage that is the result of their actions on or off the track and will be financially responsible for repair/replacement of damaged track property.
